Wilde Gin, lemon, lavender bitter, served tall and topped with dry sparkling rose or other mineral driven sparkling wine, lemon twist

This tall and handsome drink departs its dainty champagne flute and returns to its original serving vessel of the collins glass. The earliest iterations of this drink was basically a Tom Collins, that replaced the sparkling water with sparkling wine. The inclusion of extra alcohol in any cocktail will be swiftly adapted into the Wilde Canon.
