APPEARANCE
Clear with little to no discoloration in true artisan fashion. On ice, the non-chill-filtered spirit takes on a soft, cloudy blue pigment.
NOSE
A bold, intense citrus-and-floral gin. Opening floral notes give way to balanced whole citrus and lingering bitter orange peel.
TASTE
Smooth and rounded; tartness opens on the palate. Mid-palate chamomile and purple heather blend for a citrus-sweet floral base.
AFTERTASTE
A distinctly long yet subtle finish. An impeccably distilled, additive-free 47% base spirit.
