WILDE Martini
The Martini is the most demanding test of any gin. Wilde passes that test with room to spare.
Ingredients: 60ml Wilde Irish Gin · 15ml dry vermouth (Dolin or Noilly Prat) · 2 dashes orange bitters · Ice for stirring
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass.
Garnish: Wide lemon twist expressed over the surface. Or a single Castelvetrano olive for a dirtier variation.
Tasting Notes: The botanical weight of Wilde holds beautifully against the vermouth, creating a Martini with genuine depth and a long, floral finish. The heather and chamomile emerge subtly at the close, distinguishing this completely from a London Dry Martini.
